Recipe: Avo-Banana Spinach Smoothie

The star ingredients are avocado, banana, and spinach.
Avo-Banana Spinach Smoothie Recipe
2 cups spinach, fresh
2 cups water
Add a little flax seed good source of extra fiber
Decorate with mint leaves or add it to the mix
Blend spinach and water until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits avocado and banana, blend again. Mix with a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.
Avocado is great for the skin and provides high amounts of potassium and magnesium.
Spinach leaves that look vibrant are not only more appealing to the eye but more nourishing as well. Recent research has shown that spinach leaves that look fully alive and vital have greater concentrations of vitamin C than spinach leaves that are pale in color.
