Avo-Banana Spinach Smoothie

Servings 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach, fresh

  • 2 cups of water

  • 3 bananas

  • 1/4 avocado

  • Add a little flaxseed good source of extra fiber

  • Decorate with mint leaves or add it to the mix


Procedure:

Blend spinach and water until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits avocado and banana, blend again. Mix with a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.

Avocado is great for the skin and provides high amounts of potassium and magnesium.
