Recipe: Tamarind Mango Smoothie

The star ingredients are tamarind, mango and guava

 

Prep time:  5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of frozen mango chunks

  • Quarter piece of frozen guava

  • 1/4 cup of tamarind water

  • 1/3 of water

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt

 

Procedure:

  1. Put the guava, mango, water, tamarind water, banana and yogurt in the blender.

  2. If necessary, stop once to scrape the sides and blend again.

  3. Serve immediately. Top with any fruit.
