Tamarind Mango Smoothie

Serves 2

Prep time:  5 minutes


  • ½ cup of frozen mango chunks

  • Quarter piece of frozen guava

  • 1/4 cup of tamarind water

  • 1/3 of water

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt



  1. Put the guava, mango, water, tamarind water, banana, and yogurt in the blender.

  2. If necessary, stop once to scrape the sides and blend again.

  3. Serve immediately. Top with any fruit.
