Tamarind Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup of frozen mango chunks

Quarter piece of frozen guava

1/4 cup of tamarind water

1/3 of water

1 banana

½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
Procedure:

Put the guava, mango, water, tamarind water, banana, and yogurt in the blender.

If necessary, stop once to scrape the sides and blend again.
