  • One cup of Greek Yogurt (whole milk)

  • Half tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • Half tablespoon of honey

  • One tablespoon confectioners' sugar

  • One tablespoon mini chocolate chips

  • One or two pastry bags with a star tip (depending on how many kids are helping)

  • One small sifter for the confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)

  1. Add vanilla and honey to Greek yogurt, whisk until all is mixed; set aside.

  2. Cut the hulled-side strawberries so that they can stand up on a plate

  3. Slice the tip of each strawberry to make the 'hat'; set aside.

  4. Spoon a generous dollop of Greek yogurt into a pastry bag, Pipe a 3/4-inch-high swirl of frosting on each strawberry. Place the hats on top and pipe a small ball of yogurt on top of them. Press two mini chocolate chips, pointed-sides inward.

  5. Sift confectioner's sugar over the Strawberry Santas to make snow.
