Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange an item purchased from within 10 calendar days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it with your receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return or exchange. After we have completed our inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request. If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send you the item that you have requested in your exchange. If we determine in our sole discretion that the item has been used or damaged in any way, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined in our sole discretion. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you request an exchange for an item that is of greater value than the item you’ve sent to us (including our determination of the value for any items that have been used or damaged), we will notify you of the difference between the exchanged item and the item that you’ve requested, and charge your credit card for the difference owed to us.


Class Credits

If you miss a class or event, please email, and we will use our best efforts to reserve a spot for you in the next class. If there are no additional similar classes, we may be able to offer you a one-on-one class, subject to an additional fee.


You will be responsible for paying for the postage and shipping costs for returning your item and for any exchanges (including the shipping costs for sending you the new item you’ve requested in connection with an exchange). Postage and shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
