 2 cups spinach, fresh
 2 cups of water
 3 bananas
 ¼ avocado
 Add a little flaxseed good source of extra fiber
 Decorate with mint leaves or add it to the mix

Blend spinach and water until smooth.

Next, add the remaining fruit avocado and banana, blend again.

Mix with a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.
