Learn How to Make Coquito and Pastelillos

Join Coqui the Chef's instructor for an exciting opportunity to learn how to make two popular Puerto Rican dishes. In this two hour class, students will have a chance to make and taste each recipe in a state-of-the-art kitchen (and then take the food home).

Chef: Tania Lopez

Dish: Savory and Sweet Pastelillos (Empanadas)

Drink: Coquito (Traditional Puerto Rican version of eggnog)

We will not pour rum but you can add it to your take-home bottle. The chef will provide tips on how to do it.

Students must be 18 and over. 

All students get a bottle of Coquito and extra Pastelillos to take home.
